Pns: Jordan’s queen Rania Al-Abdulla called upon the international community on Monday to stand alongside the Rohingyas so that the victims get justice and can return to their country, Myanmar.

“Jordan will always stand beside Rohingyas,” the queen told reporters after visiting the Rohingya camps in Ukhia upazila of Cox’s Bazar.

Rania visited Bangladesh as a representative of the International Rescue Committee (ICR) and the UN refugee agency to investigate the situation and arrange for a speedy increase in disaster aid for the refugees.

“The international community should stand alongside the Rohingya people. And they should do so not only for humanitarian grounds, but for justice,” Queen Rania said after her visit to the site on Monday.

She called upon the world to speak out against the ‘ethnic cleansing’ of the Rohingyas.

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam received the Jordan queen at Cox’s Bazar airport around 11:00am.
